Leather goods

For all leather goods please be informed that it is possible to have slight variance in term of color, pattern and design of the leather that is stated in the picture .

Authenticity of the products

We can guarantee the authenticity for all products that are bought from our website. However we are unable to give comments on products that aren’t purchased directly from our website or our partner site that are stated in our stockist list.

ACCOUNT

Why you have to register when you shop at dinnaro.co.id? By registering you’ll be able to:

  1. Track your orders
  2. Save your addresses
  3. Receive newsletter for our latest promo, newest item and also event holds by Dinnaro
  4. Registered email account for making return, exchange and refund goods

Your password is for you only. Please do not share any password and details on your account to others. We will not share your details to other party

You can reset your password if you want to change it or if you forget it. Visit Forgot Password, enter your email or username and we will send you link to your email address to reset your password.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Select the item to see details
  2. Choose detail item for color, size and quantity
  3. Add to cart
  4. Review your cart for all detail ordered
  5. Sign in or Sign up
  6. Continue to shopping if you need to buy other goods
  7. Complete order if you want to continue to check out and make a payment. You should choose your shipping method and review all detail on the product and shipping address.

PAYMENT

Payment method that are accepted by dinnaro.co.id are

  1. Card payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex
  2. Bank Transfer to BCA virtual account
  3. Gopay
  4. Over the counter

All payment should be met for 6 hours time or all your orders will be canceled automatically.

After payment completed we wil deliver your order in the next day in the working hour (SundayMonday 09.00- 17.00 and Saturday 09.00-12.00).

DELIVERY

Dinnaro.co.id ships nationwide using JNE Shipping Company (http://www.jne.co.id) for all shipping to cities in Indonesia.

Option of delivery through JNE are Regular, Economy, and Express Service. Below is the table about delivery schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number (JNE Connote Number). You are able to track the package via http://www.jne.co.id home by typing the JNE Connote Number.

RETURN AND REFUND

Before packages leaves our store, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. However if you received damaged goods please email us at customercare@dinnaro.co.id. We accept returns and exchanges for certain condition. All returns and exchanges must be done within 2 calender days from the day customer receive the package (terms are explained below). After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. However, we will not accept any form of refund unless it is due to the product ordered is out of stock/ unavailable.

Returns and Exchanges

Dinnaro accept returns and exchanges is available for condition:

  1. The product color and size is not as ordered
  2. Damaged goods

Term for return and exchanges:

  1. To be able to return and exchanges the goods please sent us an email of return and exchanges request to customercare@dinnaro.co.id maximum of 2 calender days after customer received the package and we will process it within 2 working dayas. The goods should be delivered to us within 1 working day after we send our response on the email request. The shipping cost is subjected to the customer. We are not responsible for any lost of postage(s) during the returning of the goods.
  2. We will not accept any return and exchanges request email from different registered email account.
  3. You must attach the purchase detail such us: order number, your name, photo of the goods (showing the problem on the deilvered goods) and reason of the return and exchange.
  4. The item(s) should be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.
  5. Any additions, including charms and dust bags, should be included in your return.
  6. All returns should be sent in their original packaging.
  7. Returns that are damaged beyond that are explained on the email request explained in point 1 and 2 may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  8. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged goods.
  9. This term are only available for purchase in Indonesia.

Refund

Dinnaro will not accept any form of refund unless it is due to the product ordered is out of stock/ unavailable. For goods that are out of stock/ unavailable, customer can choose:

  1. Exchange them with other product with the same price.
  2. Refund the payment

Term for refund:

  1. We will contact you by your registered email for 1 working day after the paymet completed to inform you for any issue on your order. Please inform us your choice so we are able to process your order accordingly.
  2. If you are not receiving any email regarding your delivery goods after 2 working days from your payment is completed please send us email to customercare@dinnaro.co.id so we are able to locate your order status.
  3. We will not accept any refund request email from different registered email account.
  4. You must attach the purchase detail such us: order number, your name, and your account number
  5. Refund will be process within 10 working days.
  6. This term are only available for purchase in Indonesia.
